Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@learningwithexperts.com.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your course to request a refund. 

To qualify for this, your course must not have been started beyond Lesson 1, and no assignments can have been submitted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges for other courses
The fastest way to ensure you get the course you want is to request a refund of your current course, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new course.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the course is being purchased in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your course must not have been started beyond Lesson 1, and no assignments can have been submitted.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
